We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes returns may be necessary. Please read our return policy carefully to ensure a smooth and hassle-free process:
- Eligibility for Returns: To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
- The item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
- The original tags, labels, and packaging must be intact and undamaged.
- The return request must be initiated within 2 days from the date of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items: Certain items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons. These items include intimate apparel (e.g., lingerie, swimwear, and hosiery), cosmetics, and earrings. Additionally, any products marked as "final sale" or "non-returnable" during the checkout process are not eligible for return.

Return Process: If you wish to return an eligible item, please follow these steps:
- Contact our customer support team at support@letusvogue.com within 1 day of receiving the product, and provide your order details and reason for the return.
- Our customer support team will guide you through the return process and issue a Return Authorization (RA) number if the return is approved.
- Please securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all tags and accessories, and clearly mark the RA number on the package.
- Ship the item back to the designated return address provided by our customer support team.

Return Fees: A return fee of ₹120 per item applies to returns initiated post 24 hours of delivery. No Return fee on Exchange. This fee will be deducted from the refund amount and will be communicated to you by our customer support team during the return process. Return fees may apply if the return is due to reasons such as change of mind or size preference.

Exchange: The customer can exchange the items without any exchange fee for up to 1 item. Customers who exchange more than 1 item may be charged an exchange fee of ₹120/- per item

Return Shipping: The return shipping cost post 24 hours of delivery will be the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item or damaged product). We recommend using a trackable shipping method to ensure the safe delivery of the return.

Refund Process: Once we receive the returned item and verify its condition, we will process the refund to the original payment method used during the purchase. Please allow up to 30 business days for the refund to reflect in your account.

Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact our customer support team immediately with clear photographs of the product and packaging. We will arrange for a replacement or provide a full refund, including return shipping costs, if applicable.
Please note that any returned item that does not meet the eligibility criteria stated in this return policy may be rejected and sent back to the customer at their expense.
